Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to support global operations, draft and review contracts, manage legal risks, and handle regulatory and pre-litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for international operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (PSP, SaaS, leases, employment, marketing, services)
• Advise on legal risks, commercial strategies, and regulatory implications
• Handle client complaints, regulatory inquiries, and assist in reputation protection efforts
• Respond to official requests from regulators and authorities in coordination with Compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Product, IT) on legal matters and special projects

Requirements

• At least 5 years of legal experience in a business environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Professional-level English, especially legal and business language
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents in English
• Solid knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures
• Strong business communication skills
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
