ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Lawyer will serve as the primary contact for internal and external parties on legal matters, including contract management and compliance support, primarily in the Europe region.

TASKS TO SOLVE :

• Negotiating contracts across different jurisdictions.
• Developing internal policies and contract templates, updating standard forms for various jurisdictions.
• Participating in due diligence and KYC procedures.
• Monitoring relevant legislative norms affecting the company's operations.
• Assessing legal risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
• Preparing legal opinions on issues such as intellectual property, data protection, and information security laws.
• Analyzing tender and bidding documentation.
• Supporting corporate legal issues, including relations with government authorities.
• Resolving labor law issues involving foreign elements.

• A law degree.
• At least 3 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm.
• Experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of civil law, international law, and experience supporting transnational projects.
• A responsible attitude and a commitment to high-quality results.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills, with experience in negotiating with foreign counterparts.
