Senior Launch Technician

Global Responsibility

Bringing Xiromed EU portfolio pipeline, internal and external, to the market in accordance with the goals and business plan of the business unit, including but not limited to ensure the launch is properly planned, technically prepared, and timely implemented and finally launched into the markets. Maximize the potential of each launch.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Keep updated the overall launch plan.
2. Coordinate launch project across appropriate functions, working closely with Business Development, IP, Regulatory, Designs, Supply, Commercial, Pharmacovigilance and QA / QC teams as well as Supply Launch Department in every site to ensure each project is aligned and the progress of pipeline projects are on track.
3. Collaborate closely with markets / commercial ensuring prioritization is up to date and needs well understood and catered for.
4. Work closely with the partners (internal and external) to coordinate the launch activities and ensure all required is done to get the product timely supplied.
5. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
6. Identify risks, opportunities and process improvements within launch execution.
7. Coordinate launch related portfolio optimization activities.
8. Maintenance of SAP database, IBP and launch database.
9. Master Data maintenance for serialization purposes.

Requirements and Personal Skills

1. Education: University Degree in Pharmacy or similar.
2. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
3. Experience: 4 years in relevant area.
4. Specific Knowledge: SAP, CRM, PBI, IBP; advanced level in Excel.
5. Travel: Open to travel.
6. Personal Skills: Flexibility, open and cooperative attitude, teamwork, good communication / organizational skills, and problem-solving.
