HCLTech busca un Ingeniero de Red LAN de nivel L3 con experiencia en Cisco DNAC y una sólida trayectoria en infraestructuras campus. Se valoran habilidades en protocolos (OSPF/BGP/EIGRP, STP, QoS) y herramientas de automatización (Python, Ansible).

El rol incluye liderazgo en incidentes, gestión de cambios, y optimización de rendimiento de redes a gran escala en entornos Cisco y Aruba. Trabajo en entorno dinámico con foco en entrega de soluciones seguras y confiables.

Formación

• 7-10 años de experiencia en LAN Engineering.
• 3+ años de experiencia apoyando Cisco DNAC.
• Experiencia manejando incidentes de alto impacto.

Responsabilidades

• Actuar como punto de escalamiento L3 para incidentes LAN críticos.
• Realizar diagnósticos avanzados en redes campus.
• Soporte de entornos de conmutación Cisco y Aruba a gran escala.
• Solucionar problemas complejos de enrutamiento y conmutación.
• Liderar Análisis de Causa Raíz (RCA).
• Gestión de actualizaciones y ciclo de vida (IOS-XE, refresh de switches).

Advanced LAN Support

• Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
• Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
• Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
