Une commission européenne recherche un Technicien de Laboratoire Senior pour un contrat temporaire dans le domaine des sciences biologiques. Le candidat sera responsable de la manipulation d'animaux expérimentaux, de l'application de techniques de biologie moléculaire et de la conduite d'expériences essentielles pour la recherche. Le poste est basé à Jaén, avec un salaire brut de 1 576,27 euros par mois, et nécessite des qualifications spécifiques en biologie moléculaire et en techniques chirurgicales.

Formación

• Expérience en manipulation et élevage d'animaux expérimentaux.
• Compétences en biologie moléculaire telles que western blotting, PCR.
• Connaissances en techniques chirurgicales pour animaux expérimentaux.

Responsabilidades

• Manipuler, élever et effectuer des interventions chirurgicales sur des animaux expérimentaux.
• Effectuer des modélisations expérimentales de maladies rénales.
• Réaliser des déterminations biochimiques dans des échantillons biologiques.

Offer Description

To initiate the selection process for the recruitment of 1 Senior Laboratory Technician in research in accordancewiththecriteria,requirements and selection system established in the attached Annex.

• Breeding, handling and manipulation of experimental animals
• Experimental models of acute renal failure and chronic kidney disease : induction of the disease, collection of biological samples (urine, blood, tissues).
• Biochemical determinations in biological samples
• Surgery on experimental animals : ischaemia-reperfusion, in situ perfusion

Specific Requirements

1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.

2. Be in possession of a Higher Laboratory Technician's

Additional Information

Type of contract :

Indefinite-term contract, scientific-technical activities (art 23. Bis of law 14 / 2011 LCTI).

Full time : 35 hours.

1,576.27 gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.

Eligibility criteria

1. Curricular assessment of merits and abilities (0-27 points)

a) Experience and proven training in handling and working with experimental animals : 10 points

b) Experience in molecular biology techniques (western blotting, ELISA, transfection, PCR, genotyping, preparation of plasmids) and cell biology (cell cultures) : 4 points.

c) Experience in experimental animal surgical techniques (ischaemia reperfusion, unilateral ureteral obstruction, tumour grafting, renal mass reduction, blood circuits and in situ perfusion) : 7 points

d) Experience in experimental models of acute renal failure and chronic kidney disease : 4 points

e) Certificate of disability (0-2)

2. Personal interview : (0-20 points).

Selection process

The selection process will be governed by the principles of publicity, equality,meritandcapacity,constitutingaselection body made up of representatives of the research group andtheTechnicalManagementUnit oftheIBSAL.

The selection process will consist of two phases :

1. Phase of analysis and curricular evaluation of all the applications received, classifying themonthebasisofthebest adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the established profile and compliancewiththerequirements.

2. Personal interview : the three candidates with the highest score in the Phase willbecalled,providedthatthescore in Phase 1 exceeds half plus one. The Selection Board may propose thatthecallforapplicationsbedeclared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.
