Paid Media Specialist (Agency Experience)

Bucksense seeks a highly passionate, curious, and driven team player ready to ignite ideas, push boundaries, and drive innovation! Our team and agency are growing, and we are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Own the digital marketing budget and use it to create, develop, and manage acquisition worldwide campaigns, achieving CPL, ROI, and lead volume goals.
  2. Supervise the channel's digital marketing budget, tracking its performance (KPIs, ROI).
  3. Define and develop a full-funnel demand generation and acquisition marketing strategy.
  4. Identify market opportunities through data analysis, develop the creative process, carry out A/B tests, implement, track performance, and iterate the process.
  5. Manage paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook (at least 2 years), Twitter, Google Ads (at least 3 years), Instagram (at least 2 years), LinkedIn, Bing.
  6. Continually evaluate assumptions and data around critical metrics like cost-per-lead and conversion rate vs. performance and highlight any swings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. BS / MS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a marketing agency, with a focus on online advertising or lead generation and managing the digital marketing budget.
  3. Deep knowledge of paid acquisition channels.
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences.
  5. Proficiency in English is a MUST.
  6. Solid understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google ADS, Twitter Ads, YouTube, Instagram ads.
  7. Desired skills: Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Zoho Analytics.

MUST HAVE:

  1. Practical hands-on experience (updated with the latest industry trends) on Google ads / Meta campaigns.
  2. Able to manage the entire process from campaign planning to optimization.
  3. Solid understanding of tracking concepts.
  4. Deep knowledge of all metrics and dimensions.
  5. Data analysis and data analytics (GA4).
  6. Expertise using data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
  7. Proficiency / Bilingual in English is a MUST.
