Reporting directly to SPRIM's Director of Marketing and Communication Operations, the SPRIM Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) & Project Manager is a full-time, salaried position designed for a strategic thinker and relationship builder passionate about how we can make healthcare brands grow and connect with their strategic targets.
This role is responsible for managing global and local marketing, omnichannel, and communication projects and accounts in the Consumer Healthcare, Food & Nutrition, and Pharma sectors. Alongside project leadership, the Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) & Project Manager will grow existing client relationships and ensure high-impact delivery across diverse healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead complex, multi-country healthcare marketing and omnichannel communication projects across the CHC, Pharma, and Nutrition sectors. Ensure all projects align with client goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including scientific, regulatory, creative, and strategy experts. Oversee global, regional, and local workflows to ensure seamless execution. Provide proactive strategic direction and project leadership to clients. Support the business development team and contribute to healthcare-focused B2B marketing strategies.
Key Account Management
Manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop strategic growth plans within accounts. Build a strong network of healthcare industry contacts to stay ahead of trends. Lead the preparation and delivery of customized proposals. Collaborate with practice leads and regional managers to build tailored, high-impact solutions. Manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with sales targets and growth objectives.
Candidate Profile
Education
Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Management. A background in science (Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Veterinary, etc.) is highly valued.
Experience
5–8 years' experience in Consumer Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Nutrition, or Wellness sectors. Experience working with healthcare brands, either in-house or in marketing / communications agencies.
