En este rol, serás responsable de desarrollar relaciones duraderas, liderar procesos de ventas y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas en eCommerce y marketing digital. Con un enfoque consultivo, guiarás a los clientes a través de la mejor utilización de las soluciones tecnológicas, asegurando su satisfacción y éxito. Formación

  • Experiencia comprobada en la venta de soluciones de gestión de TI, especialmente en marcas de eCommerce.
  • Habilidades de negociación sólidas con capacidad para cerrar acuerdos.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave.
  • Gestionar el ciclo de ventas, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre.

They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee.

Description of the position

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating extraordinary experiences for our new clients, ensuring their needs are met with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Data Insight and Time & Material projects.

You will also lead the new sales process, from identifying opportunities to winning new business.

What is this all about?
  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  2. Deliver presentations, product demos, and conduct client visits to showcase the value of our solutions.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  4. Areas covered: All of Spain. Contacts in Portugal are welcome as well.
How will you manage?
  1. Build Business Opportunities: identify, pursue, and promote opportunities with new clients to drive company revenue.
  2. Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously update your knowledge of our software and tech solutions, as well as market trends and competitors.
  3. Consultative Sales Approach: Guide clients through the best use of our software and tech solutions, delivering tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
  4. Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up.
  5. Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Who are you?
  1. Economics, Business, Software Engineer, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is highly valued.
  2. Proven experience in selling IT management solutions, particularly in eCommerce Brands.
  3. Expertise in managing consultative sales processes within the tech space.
  4. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  5. Experience in process management and optimization to improve efficiencies.
  6. Passion for creating exceptional client experiences through personalized solutions.

  3. Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
  4. Availability to travel as required.
Languages
  1. English & Spanish: a fluent level is mandatory.
  2. French & Catalan are highly valued.
