Responsibilities
- B2B Client Relationship Management: Target potential markets with tailored pitches and cultivate relationships with C-level decision-makers at international food delivery companies such as Uber Eats, Bolt Food, and Talabat. Serve as the main contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strategic Sales Focus: Identify high-value client opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and drive sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Revenue Growth and Profitability: Lead upselling initiatives, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance to meet growth targets.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with client needs and manage cross-functional projects for timely delivery.
- Industry Expertise and Networking: Stay informed on industry trends, adapt strategies, and expand the company's professional network and brand presence.
- Team and Culture: Foster a results-driven environment, mentor sales staff, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- 3+ years in complex sales or key account management in an international setting
- Comfortable working autonomously
