Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of school to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) and a start date ASAP.

Compensation is $80/hour. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in K-12 teaching, instructional coaching, or administration with direct ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications, plus exceptional written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Own curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation.
• Ensure standards-aligned instructional design and high-quality output.
