SoftServe is seeking a Senior Java Leader to oversee the technical vision of a fashion retailer platform. You will lead the development team, define technical backlog with the Product Owner, and ensure delivery with high architectural standards. The role combines hands-on coding with strategic architectural guidance.

You will collaborate across environments, drive continuous improvements, and mentor engineers while maintaining robust production performance and security practices.

Formación

• Proficient in building applications with complex business logic.
• Experience with Java 17+, Maven and Spring (IoC, MVC, Data, Security, Spring Boot).
• Knowledge of JPA, Hibernate, MariaDB/PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical aspects of the product and drive strategic initiatives to enhance the solution.
• Lead and manage the technical development team as primary technical authority.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define and prioritise technical backlog and requirements.
• Ensure technical excellence and success of delivered solutions.
• Engage in hands-on coding to address complex issues within the system under development.
