SoftServe is seeking a Lead Java Developer in Alicante to oversee technical product strategy, drive development excellence, and mentor a high-performing team. You will serve as the primary technical authority, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders across environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture direction, and continuous deployment, ensuring security, performance, and best practices throughout the software lifecycle.

Formación

• Proven experience leading Java teams and delivering scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+ , Spring and microservices architectures.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and proficient English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the technical aspects of the product and drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead and manage the technical development team as the primary authority.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define and prioritize technical backlog.
