Formación

• Experiencia comprobada como ingeniero backend Java senior en sistemas distribuidos.
• Habilidades en SQL y NoSQL, preferiblemente Couchbase.

As a Sr Java Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of different platforms and applications; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define new solutions.

What you'll do :

• Develop scalable systems using Java and its tool ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into tasks and high-quality code, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) to deliver robust and maintainable features.
• Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into product improvements.
• Lead discussions on system design, working with Product Managers to deliver business value.
• Maintain and support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to the engineering community by sharing knowledge and best practices.

What we're looking for :

• Proven experience as a Senior Java Backend Engineer, working on distributed and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, with a preference for Couchbase.
• Familiarity with reactive programming (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement high-performance, resilient applications.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to work with cross-functional teams and mentor other engineers.
