Novanta, a global leader in precision technology, seeks a skilled Java Developer to build applications for the Keonn RFID product portfolio powering high-end readers and derived systems. You will develop Java applications to enhance, debug, and optimize our infrastructure while implementing new features for evolving market demands.

Responsibilities include developing Java applications for IoT devices, leading the Java development team, collaborating with hardware engineers, and ensuring robust

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with Git and agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• EU resident or valid EU work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Java applications for IoT devices.
• Implement new features and functionality for RFID reader systems.
• Lead the Java development team.
• Debug and resolve software issues in embedded environments.
• Optimize code performance and memory usage.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
