Novanta in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Fullstack Developer to join the Operations & Automation flow. You will bridge software development and operational excellence, owning in-house test and quality software for RFID hardware and leading digitalization projects from start to finish.

You will evolve applications from on-premise tools to secure cloud-hosted services on AWS, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Service teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional fullstack experience.
• Ability to mentor more junior colleagues.
• Proficiency in modern fullstack environments (JavaScript, PHP, Python) and on-premise/server deployment.
• Cloud & security experience with AWS is valued.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and digitalization of internal tools for testing and automation.
• Design Front-end and Back-end solutions with robust documentation.
• Develop and maintain test and validation software for RFID hardware.
• Migrate internal apps toward secure, cloud-hosted services (AWS).
• Act as technical lead and mentor at least one engineer.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Development to improve efficiency.
