Pearson is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services with AI integration. You will work in cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and drive best practices across the SDLC in a fast-moving environment.

The role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and collaboration, with a hybrid work setup across Europe (Madrid Poznań) and involvement in cutting-edge AI-enabled products.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Python and modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Experience building scalable backend services and AI-enabled features.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
