Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering principles, development processes, and industry trends.
• Hands-on programming with Python.
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners to design, implement, and maintain backend components for digital products.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to define objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Lead projects and advocate for backend best practices; support innovation initiatives.
• Architect scalable backend services and APIs, including AI integration and microservices deployment.
• Operationalize AI models with data science teams ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
