HCLTech is seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to design and develop backend solutions for omnichannel commerce and order management. You will build Java microservices, implement integrations with OMS and retail platforms, and ensure scalable, reliable systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Java 21 and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with microservices and API-first design.
• Familiar with OMS/Fluent Commerce and omni-retail processes.
• RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) and data formats (JSON/XML/GraphQL).
• Cloud/native apps via Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD (GitLab).
• Security: OAuth2, OIDC, IAM (Keycloak/Okta).
• English proficiency; collaboration across multinational teams.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse requirements to design robust backend solutions for omni-channel retail and order management.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy Java microservices for scalable systems.
• Integrate with Order Management Systems and retail platforms for key flows like orchestration and fulfilment.
• Maintain high code quality; troubleshoot defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Support QA with testing strategies and automated tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to product improvements.
