Giesecke+Devrient in El Prat de Llobregat is seeking a Senior Java Automation Developer to lead the design and implementation of an automation framework for our cloud-native TSM backend.

You will build robust test automation for Java/Spring Boot microservices, API-first services, and security testing across Docker and Kubernetes environments. The role emphasizes collaboration with backend, DevOps, QA, and security teams, mentoring peers, and integrating tests into CI/CD with strong observability.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience as a Java developer with a focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks for Microservices (Java, Spring Boot) and API-first services (REST, OpenAPI).
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security testing methodologies (DAST, fuzz testing) and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with cryptography concepts (PKI, X.509) and automated testing validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks for TSM backend microservices.
• Implement automated test suites (unit, integration, API, end-to-end) for cloud-native services on Docker/Kubernetes.
• Design and execute advanced security testing (DAST, fuzz) and API validation.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with high coverage and fast feedback.
• Mentor teammates on test automation strategies and tooling.
