Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Madrid seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive IWMS projects for Fortune 500 REFM clients, improving operations through technology and process optimization. You will mentor junior analysts, translate requirements into concrete documentation, and guide cross-functional teams on delivering cost-effective IWMS solutions.

The role collaborates with client leadership to shape roadmaps, align priorities, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality

Qualifications

BS or BA in related discipline or related experience.
7-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, including leadership of project teams and mentoring junior staff.
5+ years' experience leading requirements analysis, documentation and management across multiple concurrent projects.
Experience leading project teams adhering to formal PM processes (PMI, Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, etc.)

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between customer REFM stakeholders, the JLL project team and the IWMS vendor.
Participate in planning sessions and represent the customer when needed.
Guide decisions on cost/benefit, timelines, and change management issues.
Manage requirements: collection, definition, documentation, mockups and approvals.
Create documentation for as-is/to-be processes, KPIs, reporting objectives, data templates and plans.
Drive design review of test cases, change requests, and project scope.
Identify process and functionality improvements and track progress.
Train end users on IWMS functionality and processes.
