IE University in Madrid seeks a Senior Business Analyst for its IT Business Process department. You will analyse, model, and improve processes by running workshops with functional teams and documenting as-is/to-be states in alignment with the global process model.

You will collaborate with architecture, HR, Finance, and operations to ensure consistent process documentation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Formación

• Experience in business process analysis and modelling.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN concepts and end-to-end processes.
• Experience with process notations and modelling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and facilitate process discovery workshops with functional areas.
• Analyse and document business processes at different levels (L1-L3/L4).
• Model processes according to standards and frameworks.
• Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Propose to-be processes validated with business owners.
• Define roles, inputs, outputs, and data objects for processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business leads to ensure model consistency.
