HBX Group seeks a Senior Category Manager – IT & Technology Procurement to lead strategic sourcing and governance across software, cloud, AI, and IT services. You will drive vendor strategies, negotiate enterprise contracts, and ensure privacy and cybersecurity compliance in supplier agreements.

You will partner with IT, Architecture, Legal, and Finance to optimize TCO, manage spend, and deliver value-driven outcomes in a fast-paced travel tech ecosystem.

Formación

• 7+ years IT/architecture or indirect procurement experience.
• 5+ years in IT strategy, contract negotiation and supplier governance.
• Experience with enterprise IT categories: SaaS, cloud, data platforms.
• Experience drafting and negotiating IT contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across software, applications, cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, and IT services.
• Own category strategies for IT and Technology aligned to roadmaps and business priorities.
• Drive enterprise vendor strategies for SAP, Salesforce, cloud providers, and data architectures.
• Negotiate AI licensing, token-based pricing, and LLM agreements.
• Drive spend management and license governance, optimize cloud usage, and reduce shelfware.
• Embed data governance and tech risk management into supplier contracts.
• Oversee CLM, renewal terms, audit protection, and robust SLAs.
• Act as senior procurement advisor to IT and business leadership.
• Mentor junior category managers and procurement peers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Finance to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Produce executive spend dashboards and market insights.
