Unilabs Group in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Senior Global IT Category Manager to lead global IT sourcing and category management for software, hardware, cloud services, and AI solutions. You will build supplier relationships, drive commercial value, and align IT strategy with the business needs while traveling as required.

The role requires extensive experience in IT procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative leadership style to guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Formación

• 10+ years in global senior IT procurement and category management.
• Proven expertise in IT contract negotiation and software/licensing management.
• Cloud deployment experience is a plus.
• Collaborative, engaging leadership style with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT industry and major technology providers.
• Certifications like CIPS, ITIL are advantageous.
• Experience with AI-driven healthcare solutions is beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage change and lead teams through transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute global IT sourcing strategies across Software, Hardware, Cloud, and IT services.
• Lead end-to-end category management including RFPs, negotiations, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with global suppliers to drive value and risk mitigation.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior IT stakeholders on category and commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal governance frameworks.
