HBX Group is seeking a Senior Category Manager for IT & Technology Procurement in Soria, ES. You will lead strategic sourcing for software, cloud, AI platforms, and IT services, partnering with IT leadership to align technology investments with business goals.

You will negotiate complex IT and cloud contracts, govern software licensing, and manage vendor relationships to optimize TCO and risk. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, and Finance.

Formación

• 7+ years in IT/Indirect Procurement.
• Experience in IT strategy, contract negotiation, and supplier governance.
• Sourcing IT categories: software, cloud, data platforms, IT services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across core technology categories (software, applications, cloud infra, AI platforms).
• Own IT/Technology category strategies aligning with business priorities and roadmaps.
• Drive vendor strategies for SAP, Salesforce, cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data architectures.
• Negotiate AI licensing, token-based pricing, LLM agreements, and seat-based add-ons.
• Drive spend management and license governance, optimizing cloud usage and eliminating shelfware.
• Embed data governance and tech risk in supplier contracts with Legal and Security.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, SLAs, renewal caps, audit protection.
• Mentor junior category managers; share best practices in tech negotiation.
