Senior IT Specialist – Madrid

Seprotec Multilingual Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Madrid as a Senior IT Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure environments across on‑premises and cloud platforms.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, identity management, and access control policies.
• Operate and enhance Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including identity and security configurations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Provide support for infrastructure‑related issues and escalations.
• Execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and platform improvements.
• Manage and optimize virtualized environments.
• Support networking topics, including VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with international teams and external service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in system administration and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in English.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and identity & access management (IAM).
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Proven expertise in Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of IT security principles and access control frameworks.
• Experience supporting networking components (VPN, firewalls, connectivity).
• Experience working on infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, improvements).
• Ability to provide advanced technical support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
