Job summary

SGS is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to join the Corporate IT organization and support laboratory users globally on LIMS solutions. You will bridge business and IT, manage service management processes, and drive continuous improvements to deliver a high-quality user experience.

You will interact with stakeholders, coordinate testing, and ensure changes align with business priorities while maintaining strong communication across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineering/science/IT or business management or related subjects.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar IT service/support roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as key liaison between business and IT for service management and stakeholder communication.
• Manage service management processes and tools; drive continuous service improvements.
• Verify SLAs and coordinate incident/problem/change activities with Lab/Business users.
• Collaborate with application delivery teams to align business priorities with development work.
• Onboard new users to support & service management processes and tools.
