We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) Technical Project Manager (all genders) to join our Project Management Team and lead the successful execution of key strategic projects across the company.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT projects across various departments (e.g., logistics, e-commerce, infrastructure, ERP systems).
• Develop and enhance overarching project methodologies and best practices to optimize project delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business owners, product managers, engineers, and senior management, to define project goals and ensure alignment.
• Act as the key interface between technical and operational teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective execution of project tasks.
• Ensure transparency on the project progress by providing clear updates, and strong communication to stakeholders at all levels.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and presentations, both in remote and hybrid environments, to engage teams and drive alignment on key initiatives.
  
  

Your qualification

• Degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration, or a similar field or a profound professional experience in IT-Project-Management.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in delivering complex software projects within medium to large organizations.
• Solid experience working in agile project environments and utilizing agile methodologies.
• Profound technical background with a passion for solving technical challenges.
• Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating in remote or hybrid work settings, proficient in tools such as Roadmunk, Jira, Confluence, digital whiteboards (e.g., Miro, Lucid), and other project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across diverse teams. Knowledge of German is a plus.
