As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will play a critical role in accelerating our operations and industrial systems.

You will lead cross-functional technology projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and integration across the factory.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and rollout.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage resources, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Evaluate cybersecurity, compliance, and internal IT standards.
• Promote agile practices within the IT team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
• 5 years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects.
• Solid knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party providers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
