We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Coordinator to join our team and support one of our key clients—a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry.

About the Job :

• Lead the execution of complex IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans including timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular status updates.
• Follow best practices for IT project management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with stakeholders and third parties.
• Engage and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the project.
• Motivate and manage diverse project teams in a collaborative environment.
• Evaluate and implement quality assurance processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in IT or business transformation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools like Azure Boards, MS Project, or ServiceNow SPM.
• Experience managing projects with third-party vendors (offshore).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Intermediate Spanish, German, or Italian language skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
