TSB, part of the Santander group, invites applications for a Senior Operations Analyst in Edinburgh. You will monitor core IT services, triage incidents, and drive improvements to service observability while liaising with IT and business stakeholders to keep systems and applications available for customers and colleagues.

We value proactive risk-aware professionals with strong communication skills, capable of guiding a team in incident response and recovery within an evolving technology

Formación

• Ideally experience with various technology monitoring including application services, microservices, infrastructure, middleware, networking & mainframe batch.

Responsabilidades

• The role involves monitoring the bank's core business services through industry leading toolsets and the ongoing development of these to ensure that service observability is maximised and continually improved.
• Inquisitive, problem-solving skills are required as the role involves the triage and reaction to anomalies within our technology to ensure applications, systems, infrastructure & services remain available to our customers and colleagues.
• The role involves engagement at all levels within TSB, both IT and business, as well as with the bank's IT suppliers so excellent communications & relationship management skills are key.
