TSB is seeking a Privileged Access Management Assistant Manager to join the CISO PAM Team in Edinburgh on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will help implement PAM controls that align with NIST standards and regulatory requirements to protect critical systems.

You will influence the organisation's access management culture, collaborate with project teams to deliver changes, and support testing and audit engagements.

Formación

• Understanding of privileged access management (PAM).
• Experience implementing controls.
• Experience supporting projects as an SME.
• Experience operating controls and supporting testing and audit engagements.
• Experience in a risk and control framework, including NIST standards.
• Experience writing and managing documentation.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization services.
• Knowledge of access models in OS, databases and cloud environments.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

This role will work in the CISO Privileged Access Management Team to help implement privileged access management (PAM) controls which align to industry standards, NIST, key laws and regulations and address the risks which can impact strategic business objectives.

The Privileged Access Management Assistant Manager will also influence TSB's access management culture to drive continuous improvement and compliance to strive for a reduction in risk. You'll also work closely with project teams to deliver changes which reduce the bank's access management risk.
