Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team and support a key client, a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry.

1. Oversee and manage the delivery of IT infrastructure and application implementation projects.
2. Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
3. Ensure compliance with the PPMO framework.
4. Collaborate with ITS technical teams across design, implementation, and operational support.
5. Work closely with Portfolio Management to manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
6. Report project status and progress to stakeholders.
7. Forecast and manage resources and budgets.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience delivering IT projects.
• Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure and application implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
• Based within a 2-hour commute from Madrid.
• Experience with service management, IT technologies, lifecycle project management, and ITSM tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and familiar with Asana, Trello, Kanban, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow.
