We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team and support one of our key clients, a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry.

• Oversee and manage the delivery of IT infrastructure and application implementation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, timeline, budget, and resources required.
• Ensure compliance with the PPMO framework.
• Collaborate with ITS technical teams across design, implementation, and operational support.
• Work closely with Portfolio Management to manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Report project status and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage resources and budgets.
• At least 5–10 years of experience delivering IT projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure implementation .
• Proven experience in application implementation .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
• Based within a 2-hour commute from Madrid .
• Experience with service management and IT technologies.
• Lifecycle project management experience (from business case to support handover).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams.
• Knowledge of Asana, Trello, Kanban boards, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM tools.
