Our Business Technology team is looking for an End User Services Technician who is customer-oriented, analytical, and interested in partnering with our software development organization on their infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with Windows, Linux, and Macintosh desktop administration
  • Maintain Appian's IT network and server infrastructure
  • Administer Appian's voice networks
  • Improve Appian's productivity capabilities
  • Provide initial technical support to Appian's global employees via IT Service Desk cases
  • Provide on-call resolution for mission-critical issues and document solutions
  • Enhance overall system security, performance, and availability
  • Manage the lifecycle of end-user hardware and software inventory
  • Administer desktop operating systems
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Show interest in cloud computing
