Una empresa de tecnología en crecimiento busca un/a Ingeniero/a de TI Senior en Marbella. El candidato ideal deberá tener una sólida experiencia en redes, IT y seguridad, liderando soluciones basadas en necesidades del cliente. Se valorarán certificaciones pertinentes y habilidades en tecnologías como Cisco y Windows. La empresa ofrece un entorno de trabajo flexible y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• 8-10 años de experiencia total con un mínimo de 6 años de experiencia relevante en TI.
• Experiencia práctica en la configuración y gestión de red y firewall.
• Capacidad para analizar infraestructura como nube, aplicaciones e infraestructura de servidores.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar un estudio y análisis en profundidad de los servicios de TI.
• Mantener la infraestructura de TI, incluidos puntos finales y servidores locales.
• Configurar y gestionar controles de seguridad como cortafuegos e IPS.

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Senior IT Engineer!

What do you need to fulfill this job?

• CCNA/CCNP/ PCNSE and other IT-related certifications
• 8-10 years of total experience with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in IT, including endpoints, laptops, Microsoft, network, and IT security
• Perform in-depth study and analysis of IT services
• Lead solutions based on customer requirements, including IT infrastructure
• Effective communication skills
• Collaborate with department heads to achieve common goals
• Provide premium quality service, solutions, and support to customers, projects, and IT departments
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including endpoints, local servers, and IT equipment
• Design, build, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points
• Implement network solutions to meet organizational needs and ensure optimal performance
• Document network configurations, changes, and updates
• Prepare reports on network performance and incidents
• Configure and manage security controls such as firewalls, IPS, content filtering, ensuring compliance with standards
• Respond to, investigate, and resolve network and security incidents related to IT infrastructure, including network, firewall, and endpoints
• Familiarity with Windows, Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto
• Hands-on experience in network and firewall configuration and BAU management

What is a plus?

• Strong technical literacy and ability to analyze related infrastructure such as cloud, applications, and server infrastructure in detail
• Experience with team leadership and motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
