Job Description:

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as a Senior IT Engineer.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing in-depth study and analysis in IT services based on customer requirements
• Leading solutions including IT infrastructure
• Effective communication with department heads
• Providing high-quality service, solutions, and support
• Maintaining IT infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, and equipment
• Designing, building, and maintaining network infrastructure
• Implementing network solutions for organizational needs
• Documenting configurations and updates
• Preparing performance and incident reports
• Configuring security controls and ensuring compliance
• Responding to network and security incidents
• Familiarity with Windows, Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto
• Hands-on experience in network and firewall management

Preferred skills include:

• Technical literacy in cloud, applications, and server infrastructure
• Time management and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
