Job Description

The Senior IT CRM Manager leads a global team managing CRM solutions across approximately 50 markets worldwide. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services through Veeva and Salesforce platforms within the Pharma sector, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is part of a team reporting to the Global IT Director for Commercial & Digital. Office location is Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement IT Management and IT Business Partner plans to deliver CRM systems and application development, including Veeva solutions specific to the Pharma industry, ensuring compliance with Galderma's guidelines and policies.
  • Lead a team providing CRM services across the company, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of Veeva and Salesforce platform services.
  • Manage the deployment, customization, and integration of Veeva CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and document business processes, leveraging Veeva functionalities to enhance sales force effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and customer engagement.
  • Provide strategic IT business partnering, offering expert advice on Veeva platform enhancements and Salesforce integrations.
  • Ensure the delivery and quality of CRM services provided by the team, maintaining high standards and timely support.
  • Stay up-to-date with Veeva releases, Salesforce updates, and industry trends to improve Galderma’s technology landscape.
  • Oversee technical support for Veeva CRM-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • This role manages CRM solutions across approximately 50 markets worldwide, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with regional requirements across diverse countries and cultures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Veeva and Salesforce platforms within the Pharma sector.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage CRM projects, delivering high-quality services and process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills tailored to Pharma industry challenges.
  • 5-8 years in IT CRM management with specific experience in Veeva solutions for Pharma.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
