Senior IT Consultant - Success Factors HR Employee Central

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer HR to manage HR applications on SuccessFactors (SF). You will respond to specific requests, provide technical support, analyze customer requirements, and develop SF HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement SuccessFactors - Employee Central within the organization.
- Manage HR applications related to SuccessFactors, including change management, testing, releases, and lifecycle management.
- Support business analysis and development of SuccessFactors HR solutions.
- Maintain, optimize, and enhance SuccessFactors solutions.
- Create functional descriptions and customize settings as part of projects.
- Plan and execute adjustments and projects within the global SuccessFactors environment.
- Lead management tasks in subprojects and global/regional HR IT projects.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with HR applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical education in IT, business administration, business informatics, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of senior experience as an IT consultant for HR applications, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors.
- Experience in SF implementation projects and support.
- Proficiency in English and experience working in multicultural environments.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and ideally Compensation or Talent modules.
- Independent, proactive, and committed work style with good teamwork, communication skills, high customer focus, and service orientation.
