Requirements

How will you make a difference?

• You have previous experience (more than 5 years) developing iOS applications.
• You are looking for challenges to develop your skills and become a Staff or Principal Developer.
• You know how to define and implement software development best practices.
• You like to work in agile and dynamic environments.
• You are an expert in promoting teamwork so that teams collaborate with each other and create synergies for continuous improvement.
• You have excellent communication skills.

What will you do?

• Oversee the external development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency.
• Define and implement software development best practices (such as CI / CD, automated testing, code reviews) across different projects.
• Define and track a set of metrics to evaluate the health of applications : monitoring performance, stability, and code quality.
• Develop tools and software components for horizontal use across a large number of applications.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to define and estimate new features and products.
• Enhance team unity so that everyone feels part of the project and the company.
