Mission

Reporting to the Investments Manager Spain , we seek an Investments Associate / Senior Analyst to support our Business Development, Commercial, Project Financing, and M&A teams in modelling and financial structuring of renewable energy assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial models, asset valuation, and scenario analysis for project viability.
• Support deal structuring with lenders, including modelling, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Assist in portfolio valuation and investment opportunity assessment.
• Advise on energy sale pricing to meet minimum IRRs.
• Prepare presentations for investment approvals.
• Support reporting requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MSc. in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Knowledge of Project Finance.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Programming skills (VBA, SQL) valued.
• Experience with Reuters tools and interest rate derivatives.
• Over 3 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
• Experience in financial modelling for infrastructure / renewable energy projects.
• Strong work ethic, proactive, and clear communicator.
