Domestiko.Com is seeking a Senior Investment Banking Financial Analyst to join a fully remote team. You will provide sophisticated financial advisory, build complex models, and perform valuations for a global client base in a remote-first culture.

This role requires deep analytical skills, experience in M&A and capital markets, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. You will guide deal execution, support due diligence, and mentor junior analysts from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• MBA or CFA charter preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models including DCF, LBO, M&A, and sum-of-the-parts valuations.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and market research analyzing trends and regulatory environments.
• Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and reports for client meetings and deal execution.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising (debt and equity), and other corporate finance activities.
• Perform due diligence on potential transactions, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements and KPIs to assess company performance and valuation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert financial guidance and strategic advice.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in a remote setting.
