Job summary

Green Horizon Partners LLC seeks an Analyst to join its Madrid (and London) team, offering exposure to buy-side and sell-side mandates.

The analyst will support execution through financial analysis, CIMs and teasers, and coordinate outreach with clients and senior team members.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IB/M&A or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint and excellent English in a fast-paced, small-team setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction services or a comparable role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases and research tools is an advantage.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, market, and operational data.
• Experience conducting due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, KPIs, and commercial, legal, and operational information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate effectively in a small, senior-led team.
