Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or a related field within Servicios Inmobiliarios .
• Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, valuation methods, and investment principles.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and data analysis tools.
