Ethos is seeking experienced investment analysts to help train a foundational AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This flexible, remote engagement offers 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory, with mastery of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models, and proven ability to produce precise, well-structured memos for institutional stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investment documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Ensure accuracy of valuation workflows: DCF, comps, and LBO analyses.
• Collaborate with external experts and institutional stakeholders.
