Role Summary

As a Senior Instructional Designer in the Passenger Portfolio, you will design, develop, and deliver eLearning and live training to help our customers maximize their use of SITA solutions. You will report to the Head of Global Portfolio Training and be responsible for creating engaging training content for the Passenger Portfolio.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with product teams to understand product functionalities and user needs.
2. Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, tutorials, user guides, videos, and interactive simulations.
3. Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences.
4. Deliver training sessions as required.
5. Develop assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Manage deployment and tracking of training programs via Learning Management Systems (LMS).
7. Update content regularly to reflect product updates.
8. Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
9. Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.
10. Stay informed about instructional design trends and e-learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an instructional designer, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in E-Learning Tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
• LMS platforms: Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas.
• Authoring Tools: Rise, Lectora, iSpring.
• Graphic & Video Editing: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• HTML / CSS for content customization.
• Understanding of SCORM / xAPI standards.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Project management tools: Trello, Jira, Asana.
• Prototyping/Wireframing: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack.

Preferred Skills

• UX/UI design experience for learning materials.
• Knowledge of software development concepts.
• Multilingual capabilities for a global audience.
