Role Summary

As a Senior Instructional Designer in the Passenger Portfolio, you will design, develop, and deliver eLearning and live training to maximize customer use of SITA solutions. You will report to the Head of Global Portfolio Training and be responsible for training content within the Passenger Portfolio.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with product teams to understand functionalities and user needs.
2. Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, tutorials, user guides, videos, and simulations.
3. Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences.
4. Deliver training sessions as required.
5. Create assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Manage training deployment and tracking via LMS platforms.
7. Update content regularly to reflect product updates.
8. Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and gaps.
9. Incorporate stakeholder feedback.
10. Stay current with instructional design trends and e-learning technologies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an instructional designer, preferably in tech.
3. Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in E-Learning Tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia.
2. LMS experience: Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas.
3. Authoring Tools: Rise, Lectora, iSpring.
4. Basic graphic/video editing: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
5. HTML/CSS familiarity for content customization.
6. Understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies.
8. Project management tools: Trello, Jira, Asana.
9. Prototyping/Wireframing: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
10. Collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Teams, Slack.

Preferred Skills

1. UX/UI design experience.
2. Knowledge of software development concepts.
3. Multilingual capabilities.

Soft Skills
