We are seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, support strategic decisions, and enhance business performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and R or Python
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Experience in data presentation and knowledge sharing
• Proactive, results-oriented, and hands-on problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Interpret complex data and present findings clearly

Advanced Analytics:

• Use statistical and machine learning methods for predictive and prescriptive analyses
• Develop models to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide data solutions
• Act as liaison between analytics and other departments

Mentorship and Training:

• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices
