Role: Reporting to the Head of Digital Infrastructure & Cloud Services, you will lead and develop the Core Infrastructure Platform Engineering team and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor the infrastructure platform engineering team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
2. Create and implement strategic infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business goals, managing budgets and resources.
3. Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices, ensuring security and compliance.
4. Drive operational excellence through SLAs, KPIs, and metrics, regularly reviewing performance.
5. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service agreements for cost-effectiveness and quality.
6. Oversee critical infrastructure projects, including data centers, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
7. Build relationships with stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.
8. Maintain support schedules and escalation procedures, ensuring 24x7 coverage and work-life balance.
9. Lead incident management efforts, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures.
10. Develop and manage budgets, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
11. Promote automation, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and DevOps practices.
12. Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver integrated solutions and maintain service quality.

Networking/Key Relationships:

• Internal: Senior Cloud Platform Engineering Lead, Security Team, Enterprise Architecture Team, Development Teams, Data Analytics Team, IT Service Delivery Team, SAP Basis/Linux Team
• External: Vendors and partners for support and updates

Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• 3+ years managing Windows Server and Active Directory
• 3+ years with VMware vSphere
• 2+ years managing enterprise storage (SAN/NAS)
• 2+ years with backup solutions and disaster recovery
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience managing core infrastructure

Certifications (Desirable): Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, VMware VCP-DCV, Veeam VMCE, Docker Certified, RHCS Openshift Admin

Skills & Capabilities:

• Expertise in Windows Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and networking
• Leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, time management, resilience under pressure

Travel: Occasional travel to US and other sites as needed.
