About the role :

We are seeking a dedicated engineer to focus on our infrastructure and uptime. You will work closely with our platform engineer, front-end, back-end, and operations teams. Experience in scaling databases like Clickhouse and performance engineering is required.

What you will do :

• Manage cloud infrastructure, improve our data infrastructure globally, manage capacity, and monitor performance.
• Ensure our databases operate smoothly and securely.
• Build infrastructure that is ultra-reliable and resistant to failures.
• Ensure architecture compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters worldwide.
• Write GitHub Actions for CI, ArgoCD for Kubernetes, and Opentofu for cloud resources.
• Maintain our observability solutions, keeping alerts relevant and current.
• Manage security across AWS and similar cloud providers.

About you :

• Proficient in working with databases, optimizing performance and queries.
• Deep understanding of secure cloud implementations on AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience configuring Linux nodes for optimal performance at scale.
• Familiar with AWS CDK, EKS, ASG, and related services.
• Passionate about Kubernetes and scalable infrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and coding.
• Ability to optimize costs while leveraging modern infrastructure capabilities.
• Over 4 years of experience managing, owning, and securing distributed cloud systems.
• Energetic and eager to work in a dynamic startup environment, committed to building impactful technology.
• Bonus: Interest in AI models.
