SAMY is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and strategize influencer campaigns across global brands. You will provide strategic insights, manage activations, and align campaigns with creative and brand goals.

You will build relationships with micro and macro creators, oversee negotiations, and drive engagement through community initiatives, gamification, and exclusive experiences. Strong leadership and Spanish market knowledge are expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or related field.
• Advanced social media knowledge and influencer trends.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills.
• English full working proficiency; Spanish knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from scouting and onboarding to execution and reporting.
• Identify, recruit and manage micro and macro influencers, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Oversee negotiations, briefings, deliverables and timelines to ensure high-quality execution.
• Grow and nurture a community of creators, driving engagement and advocacy.
• Design and implement engagement and loyalty strategies (gamification, rewards, community initiatives).
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, activations and exclusive experiences for the community.
• Plan and manage events and brand experiences, including on-site coordination and influencer management.
• Track and analyze campaign and community performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, social, brand and strategy teams.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and influencer landscape.
